His legacy was carried forward by his son, V.S. Viswanathan, whose acts of kindness transcended borders and led to the founding of Venniyil Dr. Sukumara Pillai Memorial (VSM) Hospital in 1992.
In 2011, Dr. V.V. Prasanth and his wife, Mrs. Parvathy S. Pillai, took this legacy of compassion and excellence to new heights by establishing Dr. Skin Clinic. With a mission to provide accessible, ethical, and advanced skin care, they built Kerala’s largest chain of skin clinics, now with six branches and over 25 expert doctors.
